HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPMENT DATE
One of the great parts of being a COAST+RANGE subscriber is having your dog's food show up right when it is needed. Our delivery algorithm calculates your shipping date based on a half-dozen factors and is highly accurate.
That said, there may be times when you need to change the date of your next shipment. You can call Customer Service at 866-696-1397 7-days a week, 365-days a year and we can do this for you, or you can change it yourself by using the "My Account" customer portal on coastandrange.com. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to you your account LINK
2. Click "Manage My Subscriptions"
3. Click "Change Date"
4. Pick a new shipment date and click "Save Changes" button when done. Note that we ship on weekdays only M-F (orders that have ship dates of Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday).
