HOW TO CHANGE YOUR SHIPMENT DATE
One of the great parts of being a COAST+RANGE subscriber is having your dog's food show up right when it is needed. Our delivery algorithm calculates your shipping date based on a half-dozen factors and is highly accurate.
That said, there may be times when you need to change the date of your next shipment. You can do this by using the "My Account" customer portal on coastandrange.com. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Log in to you your account LINK
2. Click "Manage My Subscriptions"
3. Click "Change Date"
4. Pick a new shipment date and click "Save Changes" button when done. Don't select today's date or a Saturday or Sunday (we ship Monday to Friday - orders that have ship dates of Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday). If you need an order to go out right away please give us a call and we will work with the warehouse to accommodate your request as best we can.
